We are always looking for local photographs for the covers of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages directories. If you have a photo that would make a great cover, we’d like to hear from you! Please refer to our photo guidelines below for rules and formats. To submit your photos for consideration, please mail originals to:

All entries must include your contact information, the directory you are submitting the photographs for, and any background information regarding the subject matter.
Cover photo guidelines
- Images must not include identifiable human images or businesses. Images that include either item will be rejected.
- Images may not include text or logos.
- All photo submissions must be at least 8"x10" high.
- Photography is preferred over other forms of artwork such as paintings or drawings.
- Photo collages or use of multiple images on one cover design will no longer be allowed.
- Landmarks and buildings of a historic nature may be used, but must be non-denominational. Images that have the propensity to create any degree of controversy will not be used.
- Prints, negatives, slides, transparencies, and electronic files are all acceptable formats.
- Electronic files must be supplied on a CD or zip disk and image size should be no less than 8" wide x 10" tall. Images with a resolution less than 300dpi may not be accepted. JPEG is the preferred file format.
- Background information, or Cover Stories, should be submitted for each image and will be used in the "About the Cover" story on the first page of the directory, Table of Contents, or within the introductory pages.
- Photo credits must be spelled out exactly as they should appear. You must own the copyright to any photo submitted.
- You will be required to sign a Photograph Release Agreement if we select your photo for the cover of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages.
R.H. Donnelley, the owner and publisher of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages in Illinois and NW Indiana reserves the right to decline any photos for any reason.
Once a photo is selected, it becomes the property of R.H. Donnelley.
